Ninegiri from Indonesia is celebrated for her distinctive 90s retro anime art style, characterized by a vibrant color palette and dazzling, sparkly details. Drawing inspiration from the shoujo manga of her childhood and renowned artists like Hanavbara, she has made a great impact within the onchain community with her illustrations. She currently works as a full time graphic designer with some freelance illustration on the side. Her web3 journey began in September 2021 when she discovered the Foundation marketplace and decided to mint and list her first piece, discovering the anime art community that lived onchain. Since then she has gone on to sell dozens of 1/1s and win several art contests. Her work was featured in NFT Liverpool 2022! It all began with their 8,888 Galverse NFT collection that enabled holders to grow the brand through community VTubers, in-person events and participation in the anime production.
